Birmingham-Southern College seeks candidates with a demonstrated excellence in teaching undergraduate courses for a one-year visiting instructor position beginning August 2016. Candidates prepared to teach introductory econometrics and labor economics are preferred. The teaching load is three courses in the fall term, one in January, and three in the spring term. Ph.D. preferred; Master's degree in Economics or closely related field required.

Birmingham-Southern College (BSC) is a selective residential liberal arts college enrolling approximately 1300 undergraduate students.
