The Economics Department at the University of Maryland, College Park, invites applicants for non-tenure teaching positions beginning August 2017. Successful candidates will teach 3 classes per semester and perform other duties TBD supporting the undergraduate program. Minimum qualifications are PhD and 2 years of teaching experience. Experience with large classes and/or teaching empirical analysis preferred. The position is eligible for benefits, and salary will depend on experience. Initial appointment will be for one academic year with renewal subject to review of candidate’s performance and budgetary resources.
