The Department of Economics at Sewanee: The University of the South seeks applications for a one year Visiting Assistant Professor position, with possibility of renewal, to start in the fall of 2017. We seek candidates to teach in the area of Macroeconomics and Finance at the undergraduate level. More specifically, the candidate will be expected to teach Intermediate Macroeconomics, Corporate Finance and Investments and possibly other electives in the candidate’s area of specialization. The teaching load is 6 courses per year. Candidates should have their Ph.D. in hand by the time of appointment.
