The School of Management at the University of Los Andes (Bogotá, Colombia) seeks applications to fill several full time positions at the assistant or associate professor level in Accounting. Preference will be given to faculty with a strong commitment to research in this field, demonstrated by a record of publications in high quality peer reviewed journals, and who will engage in the design, delivery and assessment of courses at the undergraduate and graduate level. Aspiring junior researchers must have earned a PhD degree in the above related fields, or be near completion of the PhD, and have a demonstrated record of publications in quality peer reviewed journals.

Applicants should submit the following documents:
1. Brief cover letter;
2. Resume including contact information for three letters of reference;
3. Teaching statement, including course evaluations;
4. Research statement;
5. Copy of two recent papers.
