Required Qualifications:
-PhD in economics, epidemiology, public health, public policy, statistics, or related field (preferably with a research focus on health)
-Strong quantitative skills, with proficiency in STATA
-Fluency and excellent communication skills in English
-Flexible, self-motivating, detail-oriented, able to manage multiple tasks efficiently

Desired Qualifications:
-Familiarity with RCT research design, meta-analysis, and Bayesian methods
-Knowledge of R
-Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively (both written and verbally) with policymakers, institutions, and scholars
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
This position has a commitment period of 1 year, renewable for up to 2 years dependent on performance and funding.
The position offers an opportunity to work with a cross-disciplinary team of researchers studying the impacts and cost-effectiveness of mass deworming. The postdoc will be expected to:
• Work effectively with a large team of researchers, many of whom work in other institutions
• Manage several research assistants
• Conduct analyses of individual- and household-level survey data, and co-author research papers using these analyses
• Conduct meta-analysis of existing research, including use of Bayesian methods, and co-author research papers using this analysis
• Disseminate results effectively through both written work (research papers, commentaries, etc.) and presentations to a broad audience, including academics, policy makers, public health officials, and international donors

This position is located in Cambridge, Massachusetts, but we are willing to consider remote work with flexibility to travel to Cambridge as needed. This position is under the supervision of Harvard Professor Michael Kremer (Gates Professor of Developing Societies).
