Subject to budgetary approval, the Department of Economics at the University of Colorado Denver invites applications for a short-term (one semester) position in fall 2017 teaching in our International College in Beijing (ICB) program. The rank is open. The fall semester at ICB runs from early September to right before Christmas. The individual is expected to teach two to four classes (negotiable). Candidates should have at least a Master’s degree in economics by August 2017. Candidates from all fields of economics will be considered and those with teaching experience are highly encouraged to apply.

Information about the CU Denver Economics Department can be found at www.econ.ucdenver.edu. The International College in Beijing (ICB) is administered by the University of Colorado Denver and confers a University of Colorado degree. All instruction is in English. Tuition and standards are high and the majority of students are economics majors. The school is located on the China Agricultural University campus in northern Beijing. Minimum Qualifications:
MA/MS in Economics
Independent teaching experience
