The Harris School of Public Policy of the University of Chicago invites applications for a Research Associate Professor. The position will be an initial three-year renewable appointment. The primary activity of a Research Associate Professor is academic research in association with a faculty member or team. Applicants are required to have an established research agenda focused on using data science, data mining, and machine learning evidence-based methods to solve large-scale social problems. Applicants must have a demonstrated record of excellent teaching in data science.
