The Department of Economics at Vanderbilt University invites applications for up to two tenured openings at the Associate Professor level. Vanderbilt stresses excellence in research and teaching in its doctoral, masters, and undergraduate programs.

Candidates should have a strong record of accomplishment and a history of working collaboratively with colleagues and students. They should also have an exemplary record of teaching, research, and service that includes mentoring and training future researchers.

Applicants should provide a cover letter addressing their qualifications and interest, a full curriculum vita, a representative research paper, evidence of teaching effectiveness, and the names and contact information of three people who may serve as references.
