Three or more postdoctoral fellowships in economics are being offered through Columbia University to be supervised by Professor Joseph E. Stiglitz.

The fellowships will focus on research in inequality; macroeconomics, including research advancing our understanding of the explanations of deep downturns and structural transformations, macro-economic externalities,financial market interlinkages, non-rational expectations, and credit and other market interlinkages, etc.; sovereign debt crises resolution; and artificial intelligence and its effects on macroeconomic dynamics, distribution and long-run growth. The fellowships will last up to two years in duration.
