The Economics Discipline Group at the University of Technology Sydney is seeking to appointment a continuing Professor or Associate Professor in the field of Experimental / Behavioural Economics.
Applicants must have a PhD and a distinguished record of scholarly research achievement and research supervision in the relevant fields. Applicants should demonstrate potential for leadership, and (at Professorial level) a strong track record of leadership and service. Applicants should demonstrate a track record of commitment to quality teaching.

Successful applicants will be expected to teach in the undergraduate and postgraduate programs, to supervise postgraduate research, to pursue independent research, and to provide leadership to colleagues working in Experimental/Behavioural Economics and the Department more broadly.

The Economics Discipline Group is established as one of the premier economic research departments in Australia. UTS has been ranked near the top of Australian universities for economics in every round of the “Excellence in Research” evaluation since 2010 (https://dataportal.arc.gov.au/era/web/outcomes#/for/14).
