ICF seeks a senior level (Director) economist to support the growth of our Regulatory, Policy and Economics practice, with a focus on environmental policy.

As Economics Director, you will use your research and analysis expertise to inform our client’s environmental policy decisions and collaborate with other leaders across ICF to expand our business.

Preferred skills:
• Demonstrated understanding of the regulatory process and economic analyses necessary to support federal government environmental policy decisions (benefit-cost and regulatory impact analyses)
• Application of market and non-market benefit valuation methods to evaluate the outcomes of environmental policies or resource management programs
• Statistical and econometric modeling
• Consulting experience
• Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain client relationships
• Demonstrated ability to direct project teams.

Minimum Requirements:
• Master’s Degree in economics or resource economics plus 12 years of relevant experience or a PhD in economics or resource economics plus 8 years of experience.
