I suspect the answer might be that a critique is not an insight, but I am not so sure. Seeing what is wrong with a literature or an important paper may well involve an insight. Another answer might be, send it to the original journal. But these days few journals publish comments (the AER is an honorable exception, but even there it has become less common). Also, a literature may be involved rather than a single paper.
