From AEAStat:

On March 6, the U.S. Bureau of Economic Analysis published a prototype distribution of income data series for 2007-16.  Data download and supporting documentation are available at https://www.bea.gov/data/special-topics/distribution-of-personal-income

BEA plans to initiate the official series in December 2020, adding data for 2017-18.

BEA posted a blog article announcing the prototype data series https://www.bea.gov/news/blog/2020-03-06/new-statistics-measure-how-personal-income-distributed

The article invites comments on the new data series: "BEA is seeking feedback to help refine the methodology and presentation of the prototype distribution of personal income statistics, with plans to begin estimating income distribution on a regular schedule by the end of 2020. Submit comments by email to DistributionofPersonalIncome@bea.gov." You also may call Marina Gindelsky at (301) 278-9220.
