Are there any existing terminal master's programs that combine economics and data science, or has combining these two areas as a degree been discussed? I'm in a data science program, but also very interested in other graduate work in economics. These areas seem to be complementary with some subject overlap (e.g., stats/econometrics). I would like to pursue both areas, but separate degrees would take a lot of time, money, and effort. It would seem to me such a degree offering would provide a lot of value, particularly with an online and part-time option.
