Develop Tariff Review Plan for the Annual Tariff Filing,
develop common line access rates including EUCL banding for rate filings, develop GIS maps using Census bureau, Nielsen, Local Exchange Routing Guide (LERG), and other data to display pool demographics and support study area disaggregation and other cost analyses.
Prepare ad hoc analyses of ICC (Inter Carrier Compensation) proposals as needed, develop models to understand broadand usage, develop FUSC (Federal Universal Service Charge) surchages for quarterly filings develop end-user revenue to support annual Interstate Common Line Support (ICLS) filings, perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Pricing, Theory, Regulatory, Economics, Statistical Analysis, Data Analysis & Management, Excellent Interpersonal & Communication Skills. Experience using SAS, Excel, MapInfo.
Masters Degree Required, Ph.D preferred.
