The USC Lusk Center for Real Estate and the USC Sol Price School of Public Policy (USC Price) invites nominations and applications for a post-doctoral research position. Qualifications include a Ph.D. in Economics, Statistics, Finance, or other quantitative social science discipline; experience working with large data sets (e.g., American Community Survey, Panel Study of Income Dynamics, American Housing Survey); strong econometrics skills; strong oral and written communications skills; the ability to work as part of a team and to meet deadlines. Interests in housing, real estate, and the impact of demographic change on housing markets are valued, but not absolutely necessary.
The successful Fellow will work closely with Gary Painter, the Director of Research of the Lusk Center, and will be responsible for coordinating the Lusk Center seminar series, and conducting research consistent with the mission of the Lusk Center.

Compensation and Benefits:
The position will have an annual salary of $55,000. This will be an annual contract, but will have the possibility of renewal for a second year.
