The position develops revenue forecasting models, uses those to forecast and track diverse State of Nevada tax revenues, and researches how other changes might affect revenues. The position presents findings and recommendations to the Governor and staff, the budget director and deputies, and presents and defends revenue forecasts to the state's Economic Forum.
