Full Text of JOE Listing:
We are looking for a Senior Analyst or Consultant with specialist knowledge of health economics. The position will include working within a team on:
• economic modelling to support health technology assessment
• helping to develop health outcomes strategy, including patient-reported outcomes and measurement and valuation of health-related quality of life,
• supporting evidence synthesis including literature review, indirect treatment comparison, and meta-analysis.
• contributing to model reports and value dossiers
You will be expected to act as a project manager, supporting project leads and senior staff, and be responsible for internal and external day-to-day management of projects. You will manage multiple projects with tasks varying according to project requirements.
We are looking for candidates with demonstrated experience of applied health economic/pharmacoeconomic, or statistical/econometric, modelling in an academic or industry environment. Candidates must be able to demonstrate experience in decision analysis and decision modelling; this can include economic evaluation, programme evaluation, or health technology assessment.
The successful candidate must possess a post-graduate degree in a relevant scientific, medical or economic discipline, and work experience in market access/health economics. Experience in building pricing, reimbursement and market access strategies for biotechnology and pharmaceutical clients is desirable but not essential.
