The Department of Economics invites applications for a one-year position at the rank of Visiting Assistant Professor for 2016-17. We have multiple positions available. We seek candidates prepared to teach introductory microeconomics and macroeconomics (in a one-semester course) and/or introductory statistics. Additional electives ideally would include at least one of the following: intermediate microeconomics; health economics; economic history; international trade; international finance; personal finance.
The teaching load is three courses per semester (with two preparations). Requirements for Ph.D. expected to have been completed at the time of appointment but advanced ABDs will be considered.
