The Department of Economics and Finance at the University of North Carolina Wilmington (UNCW) has an opening for a lecturer in Economics. We expect the successful candidate to begin in August 2016 with a completed doctorate or ABD. Candidates must be capable of excellent/dynamic teaching, developing a strong research agenda, and teaching a variety of courses to enhance the B.S. degree in business economics and the traditional B.A. degree. Specialization in applied microeconomics in Health Economics or International Economics is preferred. However, outstanding candidates with other specializations will be considered.
