The Department of Economics and Geography invites applications for a full-time one-year Visiting Assistant Professor position, available in August, 2016. Candidates must complete all Ph.D. requirements for an Economics Major before joining the faculty. Recent ABD will be considered. Successful candidates are expected to teach four sections per semester from the following courses: principles of microeconomics, principles of macroeconomics, intermediate macroeconomics, monetary economics, and business statistics. Applicants should submit electronically: a letter of interest clearly stating Ph.D. specializations, vitae, graduate transcript, evidence of teaching effectiveness, and the names of 3 references.
