The Research Department at the Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland seeks an experienced macroeconomist with expertise in monetary policy. Job responsibilities include publishing research in professional journals, writing for Bank publications, and advising Bank management on policy issues. Senior Economic Advisors and Senior Professional Economists are expected to publish regularly in high-quality journals and play a leadership role as a researcher and as an advisor to the Bank’s senior management on macroeconomic and monetary policy issues. To qualify, candidates must have a Ph.D. in economics and an outstanding publication record commensurate with experience.
