Ball State University invites applications for a full-time tenure-track faculty position as assistant professor, starting Fall 2017. We are especially interested in candidates in microeconomics. Successful applicants must demonstrate strong research and teaching potential.

Major Responsibilities: An active research agenda, teaching undergraduate and MBA level classes both on-campus and online in economics and statistics. Actively contribute to the Economics Department, the Miller College of Business, the University, and community.

Minimum Qualifications: ABD in economics; PhD must be completed by December 15, 2017.

Preferred qualifications: PhD in economics, teaching experience at college/university level in experimental, environmental, and microeconomics; Publications in refereed economics journals in the field of Economics.
