Position Title/Short Description

Primary Responsibilities:
- Creating gravity and other financial and economic models to help project revenues (gaming and non-gaming) derived from casino development/expansion projects and entry into new markets
- Creating models to project the impacts from competitive developments and legal/regulatory changes, including projecting market share changes
- Conducting in-depth market and property research, including trend analysis of quantitative and qualitative variables
- Creating economic impact models for all aspects of an integrated casino resort
- Conducting industry and company-specific due diligence related to projects
- Drafting gaming market and economic impact study reports

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in math/statistics with a minor in economics
- Advanced degree, preferably in math or economics
- Intermediate level position; minimum 3 years relevant work experience
- Experience with gravity modeling, regression analysis, probability analysis
- A strong work ethic, attention to detail and passion for excellence
- Knowledge of general accounting and finance principles
- Advanced knowledge of spreadsheet and word processing software

Preferred Qualifications:
- Casino Gaming industry experience (not required)
- Work experience in a corporate setting

Job Specifications:
- Target Salary: $50,000-$70,000
- Relocation Assistance: TBD, local Las Vegas or Western U.S. candidates preferred
