Bloomberg Distinguished Professor Paul Ferraro (http://carey.jhu.edu/faculty-research/directory/paul-j-ferraro-phd) invites applicants for a post-doctoral fellow position that begins between 7/1 and 9/1/17. Position is full-time, up to two years.
The fellow is expected to work as a collaborator with a network of scholars using experiments to inform behavioral science, business and public policy, particularly in the environmental domain. Duties include designing and implementing field and lab experiments, analyzing experimental and observational data, and writing scholarly articles and grant proposals. One day/week dedicated to helping Carey Business School behavioral faculty with planning and logistics of laboratory experiments.
Candidates must have excellent oral and written English communication skills, an ability to communicate to both scholarly and practitioner audiences, a PhD in any of the behavioral sciences, experience designing, programming and running experiments, and substantial statistical expertise. Expertise in causal inference from non-experimental data desired. Successful candidates expected to have a PhD by 7/1/17.
