Monash University is searching for scholars of international distinction to appoint as tenured Full Professors in the economics department of the Monash Business School. Researchers with expertise in any field of economics are eligible, and multiple positions are open. Achievement relative to opportunity is a key selection criterion, so both current full professors and associate professors with a strong trajectory are welcome to apply.

The Monash economics department is placed within the top 50 economics schools in the world in several recent rankings including the Tilburg University Ranking of Economics Schools, the 2016 QS World University Ranking by subject (with a 5-star rating) and the ‘top level’ institutions in RePEc.
