The Department of Economics in the Faculty of Arts and Science is looking to hire a part-time, non-tenure track, Adjunct Professor to teach Applied Statistics and Econometrics in the Master of Arts program in the spring 2019 semester, pending budgetary and administrative approval. The position entails teaching two hours per week beginning January 28, 2019. The Professor is expected to be available to students and to hold office hours.
Applicants should have a Ph.D. in economics, a track record of teaching econometrics and statistics at the graduate level and/or a track record of advanced econometric research. This position provides an opportunity to gain experience with an organization with an international reputation for excellence in economic research and education.
