The Workforce Strategy and Analytics (WSA) practice is at the forefront of rapid advances in the field of workforce science. Heavily leveraging approaches from applied microeconomics and econometrics, we help our clients unlock critical insights about their workforce.
WSA has immediate openings with an opportunity to innovate, grow, and advance. Consultants will:
• Manage data transfers from clients, prepare data for analysis
• Perform advanced statistical analysis, including regression modeling
• Generate and present insights with recommendations to clients
• Draft and proof reports/presentations
• Apply and develop analytical tools
• Research client situations
• Leverage research in Labor Economics, Organizational Psychology, and related areas
• Train and develop new analysts
Qualifications:
• Ph.D. in economics or related field (Master’s degree considered)
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
• Significant experience with large databases
• Experience conducting econometric analyses
• Ability to translate complex technical findings into easy to understand terms
• Programming experience (SAS a plus)
• Self-direction and self-motivation
• Ability to work collaboratively across disciplines and engage with clients
