The Darden School of Business at the University of Virginia invites applications for a faculty position in the Global Economies and Markets area. The position can be filled at the Assistant, Associate and Full Professor levels to begin in fall 2019.
Applicants must have a PhD in economics. While any fields of expertise will be considered, preference is given to applied microeconomic fields in an international context using rigorous econometric methods. Applicants for a position as an assistant professor must show potential for excellence in research and teaching. Applicants for more senior appointments must demonstrate an outstanding record of research productivity, impact, and teaching.
