The University of Mississippi’s Department of Economics invites applications for a tenure-track assistant professor position beginning August 2019.

The Department has a need for one monetary economist who can teach at the graduate and the undergraduate levels.
Candidates for the position with a secondary field related to monetary history are also desirable. A Ph.D. completed by August, 2019 is expected.

Applicants must provide a curriculum vita, one or more working papers, evidence of effective classroom teaching, a graduate transcript, and three letters of recommendation. The letter of application should describe current and projected research and teaching interests.
