As a part of an interdisciplinary Transformative Excellence Program in Health Policy and Health Economics, the University of Utah is seeking applicants for the Matheson Endowed Chair in Health Care Studies and multiple tenure-track or tenured faculty positions (open-rank). Faculty hired into this program are expected to contribute and to strengthen the consortium of scholars from across the university who are committed to understanding and to transforming policy, health care finance and delivery in an era of evolving demographic, technological and regulatory environments. Researchers in this consortium actively engage in economic and policy evaluation aimed at transforming health care delivery and financing in this ever-changing terrain.
