The Department of Economics at the University of Gothenburg, Sweden, will recruit one assistant professor in Applied Micro/Labor Economics during 2019. This is a six year tenure track position with a mid-term review after three years. The expected start date is August 2019, or possibly earlier.
Job Description & Qualifications:
Applicants should have completed, or be close to completing, a Ph.D. in Economics. Candidates pursuing research topics related to any area of applied micro/labor economics will be considered. Research potential will be the key selection criterion and the successful candidate is expected to carry out research suitable for publication in highly ranked economics journals. The teaching load is minimal; English is the primary teaching language.
