Of particular interest are scholars whose research connects theory to evidence and to policy. Commensurate with their career stage, candidates should have an excellent and sustained record of research and evidence of potential or demonstrated ability to generate extramural funding. The appointment will begin on July 1, 2019, subject to final budgetary approval. A completed Ph.D. is required by the time of appointment. The Department is committed to a pluralistic approach to economics, including the comparison and critical analysis of a variety of theoretical paradigms.
