The Business Programs department at Our Lady of the Lake University in San Antonio seeks a full-time, tenure-track Assistant Professor in Finance to support the newly-created Master of Science in Finance. The position starts Fall 2019. The successful candidate is expected to be innovative, have strong interpersonal skills, and exhibit excellence in teaching and scholarship. Applicants that are capable of teaching Financial Derivatives, Data Analytics in Finance and introductory level accounting courses will be preferred. The candidate will further enhance our finance program by contributing to progressive research and advising students.

Teaching experience at the college level is required and graduate level is a plus. In addition, the candidate may teach a variety of courses in the day/weekend programs, online, and/or Fast Track classes. The ability to teach on-line is desired. Teaching on weekends, or travel to satellite campuses may be required and are a condition of employment. Candidates must be academically qualified and should hold a Ph.D. in Finance or related discipline.
