Bard College Berlin is seeking to appoint a Professor of Economics (W2/Associate Professorship level) from September 2019. Applicants should be applied or theoretical macroeconomists, with a PhD degree, an excellent track record in research and teaching, and an interest in liberal arts education. Demonstrated ability to teach quantitative courses (esp. mathematics for economics) is required. An initial contract of four years (at W2 German salary scale) will be tenured on successful evaluation. Teaching hours are 9 SWS (2-3 courseload).
