Huazhong Agricultural University (HZAU), located in Wuhan, China, is one of the leading agricultural universities in the country. The College of Economics and Management in HZAU is a top Chinese institute in the field of agricultural economics and policies. The College’s discipline of Agricultural Economics and Management is listed as one of top three under the Double First-Class Initiative launched by the Ministry of Education. The College is seeking to fill faculty positions at the levels of Professor/Associate Professor/Lecturer within the following areas: Agricultural Economics, Environmental and Resource Economics, Development Economics, Food Economics, Agribusiness, Applied Economics, Econometrics, Finance and all other related fields of economics and management science.

Having a strong record in interdisciplinary research, the College is committed to providing a creative research environment, strong support and competitive salaries. For qualified junior candidates, we offer associate professor positions with salary starting at RMB 250,000, research fund (RMB 200,000), and housing subsidy (RMB 300,000). Junior candidates are expected to have a Ph.D. degree by August 2019. For outstanding senior candidates, we offer full professor positions with salary starting at RMB 350,000, research fund (RMB 300,000), and housing subsidy (RMB 500,000), and help apply for national talent programs (e.g., Chang Jiang Scholars Program).
