Highlight on a few features of the Business School of Hunan University:

The Business School of Hunan University is AMBA accredited and has recently been accepted as a member of AACSB and EQUIS.

According to the ranking published by the ministry of education in 2012, the business administration discipline of the Business School of Hunan University is ranked as top 12 in China and top 1 in central China.

Many of our faculty members graduated from world-renowned universities, such as University of Illinois, University of Massachusetts, University of Connecticut，University of Wollongong, Queen Mary University of London, etc..

The Business School of Hunan University has academic communication and collaboration with University of Michigan, University of Indiana University, University of Southern California，University of Illinois, Monash University, The Chinese University of Hong Kong, The University of Nottingham, etc..

Requirements:
• Obtained a PhD degree from an internationally renowned university.
• Research experience with outstanding academic achievements will be a huge plus.

Responsibilities：
• Conduct full-time lecturing and research in the disciplines of management science and business administration.
• Promote international influence of relevant disciplines; participate in the curriculum construction and development; develop and coordinate international academic exchange events and collaboration.
• Apply for research grant of national research projects.
• Publish papers in international journals as the first or corresponding author affiliated to Business School of Hunan University
• Advise students on their course work, research and thesis.

Compensation and Benefits:
• Annual salary up to RMB 400,000 for assistant professor; competitive salary package is negotiable for associate professor and full professor.
• Settlement allowance RMB 300,000 for professors, RMB 200,000 for associate professors and RMB 150,000 for assistant professors, paid in monthly within five years.
• Research funding available for assistant professor, associated professor, and full professor, with a lump-sum research grant of RMB 150,000/300,000/500,000.
• Special track is available for professional promotion.
• Competitive bonus package related to research and accommodations is available based on the applicant’s academic achievements.
