The AACSB-accredited School of Business Administration at Fort Lewis College invites applications for a tenure-track assistant professor position to start in August 2019. We are seeking to interview candidates with an area of specialization in macroeconomics. Special consideration will be given to candidates with an additional field in econometrics. Completion of a Ph.D. from an accredited university by the time of employment is expected although an ABD may be considered. The successful candidate will be expected to provide quality teaching of introductory and upper-division economics courses. Participation in service and maintenance of an active research agenda is also expected. We especially encourage applications from underrepresented groups in economics and are looking for candidates that can engage and support students from different cultural, demographic, and socio-economic backgrounds.
