Applicants must have strong quantitative, writing and speaking skills, and must be independent self-starters.
Professors and Senior Fellows provide institutional leadership, develop and lead research projects, mentor staff, and possess a strong record of research, teaching, grant writing, government service, and publications across multiple previous positions, including from senior ranks of government.
