General Summary
This position is responsible for providing engineering economics assessment services to Engineering and Construction, Production, Utility Services, IT and General Services to support the Asset Management Program capital project development process. The incumbent also provides such services to the Asset Management Office Division Manager, Infrastructure Optimization Section Manager, Asset Strategy Managers, and Project Managers during the asset management planning process. Services include performing analyses and revising asset strategies. Incumbent functions with a great deal of autonomy and authority to develop processes for analyzing and conducting economic analysis of alternative courses of action.

Minimum Education, Experience Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in economics, finance, or other field involving extensive coursework in economic and financial theory and analysis;
• Four (4) years of professional experience in engineering economics and financial research and analysis.
