The Global Innovation Fund (www.globalinnovation.fund), a non-profit, aims to invest in innovations that improve lives for hundreds of millions of people across the developing world. Through grants and risk capital, we support innovations from social enterprises, for-profit firms, non-profit organisations, researchers, and government agencies.
GIF’s investments are evidence-based and impact-focused. GIF’s analytics team ensures that GIF uses evidence to inform investment decisions; that investees use information and feedback to improve their effectiveness; and that the development community benefits from learning about what works, what doesn’t, and why.
GIF seeks two development economists to join the analytics team. We are looking for people with solid experience in low and middle income countries and expertise in project evaluation and economic analysis. They will join deal teams in diligencing investments, track investments’ performance, and help develop new methods for impact assessment.
