The School of Economics and Political Science of the University of St. Gallen wishes to appoint a Tenure-Track Assistant Professor in Economic Policy by 1st August 2019, or by mutual agreement. Applicants with expertise in monetary or public economics are particularly welcome to apply.

To be considered for this position, applicants should have a Ph.D. in Economics and a promising track record in research. The department supports the candidate in the acquisition of external research funding like ERC or SNF.

Upon successful performance and review (after a maximum of six years), promotion with tenure is possible. The teaching load will be two classes (four hours) per week (24 weeks p.a.).
