The Council on Library and Information Resources (CLIR) is accepting applications for two-year Postdoctoral Fellowships in Data Curation for Energy Social Science. The fellowships, which are based at Carnegie Mellon University, the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, and the University of Michigan, provide recent Ph.D.s with professional development, education, and training opportunities in data curation for energy social science. The fellows’ work draws upon their disciplinary expertise in order to help advance data curation practices and services at their host institutions where fellows reside. Applicants must have received a Ph.D. after January 1, 2015, but before beginning the fellowship in summer 2020 and be legally permitted to work in the United States between 2020 and 2022 during the fellowship appointment.
