The University of Mississippi’s Department of Economics invites applications for a visiting assistant professor position beginning August 2022.

The Department has a need for an economist who specializes in macroeconomics (monetary economics preferred). The candidate will be expected to teach undergraduate macroeconomics courses and one graduate course.

A Ph.D. completed by August 2022, is expected.

Applicants must provide a curriculum vita, one working paper, a graduate transcript, and three letters of recommendation. The letters of recommendation should be provided through JOE. Advanced candidates do not need to send letters.
