The Department of Economics, Applied Statistics and International Business in the College of Business at New Mexico State University is seeking to hire a full-time non-tenure-track college assistant or associate professor in economics. Candidates for this position should have a strong interest in undergraduate teaching.
A doctorate in economics or a closely related field prior to the date of hire and evidence of excellent teaching are required. Candidates with demonstrated success in research evidenced by refereed publications or funded research are preferred.
The Department offers undergraduate and graduate degrees in economics as well as an undergraduate degree in international business and a graduate degree in applied statistics. More information about the department is available.
