Jacksonville University’s College of Arts and Sciences invites candidates to apply for a one-year position at the rank of Visiting Assistant Professor of Economics for the 2022-23 academic year. A Ph.D. in Economics.

We seek candidates with specific research and teaching interests in business economics, behavioral economics, regional/urban economics, sustainability, or public policy. Teaching load is 12 hours per semester.

Qualified candidates should submit a JU faculty application, cover letter, curriculum vitae, transcripts, evidence of teaching effectiveness, and sample research papers. Please be prepared to have letters of reference forwarded when requested.

Review of applications will begin immediately and will continue until April 1 or the position is filled.
