About the Job:

We are looking for a new Data Consultant to join our Employment and Litigation Services Division, within the HR & EEO Analytics practice area! We evaluate workforce systems and processes, design state of the science employee selection systems, and ensure applied research is considered in the context of applicable state and federal laws and regulations.

Our team provides services that assist clients with examining the equity of their hiring, promotion, termination, and compensation practices.

You are an ideal Data Consultant candidate within the HR & EEO Analytics practice area if:

You are passionate about working in an environment that supports DEI initiatives, solves critical workplace challenges leveraging data, and provides career growth opportunities.
You have programming and statistical modeling skills using programs such as SAS, Stata, SPSS, or R.
You can apply a range of statistical approaches to analyze information, evaluate results, and solve problems.
