The Inclusion Economics network - Inclusion Economics at Yale University and Inclusion Economics India Centre at IFMR - is accepting applications for two Post-Doctoral Research Fellows. Candidates with interest in governance, environmental economics, gender, development economics, and political economy, especially within South Asia, are encouraged to apply, although we welcome applicants with broader interests. Applicants should have a PhD in economics, public policy, or related field by mid-2022, with advanced quantitative coursework and strong academic performance. Applicants should also possess a solid understanding of research design and experience with data collection and fieldwork.

The position will offer the candidate first-hand experience conducting empirical research at the forefront of economic research and public policy. Responsibilities within the project portfolio include supporting research design and implementation, overseeing data collection and analysis, contributing to the strategic vision, managing grants and research and project staff, and fundraising.

Inclusion Economics draws upon economics, political science, and related fields to conduct cutting-edge research to understand how policy can promote inclusive, accountable economies and societies.
