The Economic Policy Institute as part of the School of Economics & Business at the Universidad Andres Bello (FEN-UNAB) invites applicants for full-time open-rank faculty positions starting in August 2023. Successful candidates should have a Ph.D. (completed or near completion) and a solid commitment to research.

Salaries, teaching loads, and research funds are competitive. Positions are open to all nationalities. Knowledge of Spanish is not required, but successful applicants are expected to conduct some of their teaching load in Spanish no later than the academic term beginning august 2024.

The Economic Policy Institute has a cooperation agreement with BFI-Chicago University, has a strong research orientation, and offers B.S. and MSc. degrees. The following fields will be given special consideration:

Microeconomics
Applied microeconomics
Industrial Organization
Law and Economics
