Technical Specialist III – Social and Behavioral Science
Democracy International (DI) is seeking to hire an applied behavioral scientist to lead the integration of behavioral insights into the design, implementation, and evaluation of its international development, democratization, and peacebuilding programs.
Reporting to the Vice President for Strategy and Technical Leadership, the Social and Behavioral Scientist will hold a global mandate that spans across DI’s headquarters and field office teams to provide subject matter expertise, strategic direction, and thought leadership within the company on applying behavioral science research and insights to DI’s democracy, human rights, and governance (DRG), conflict mitigation, peacebuilding, and resilience programs.
